Biography
Dr. Fatma Hamdy Mohamed Refaat is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Digital Arts & Design, Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), and a distinguished multidisciplinary artist and academic leader. With over 20 years of experience in digital arts, photography, visual culture, and higher education, she is internationally recognized for her contributions to artistic research, curriculum innovation, and academic program development. Her work bridges artistic practice, academic leadership, and community engagement, with a strong commitment to advancing contemporary arts education.
